• Check in between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Check out no later than 11:00 am. Guest must pre-arrange for late arrival.>  
• Cancellation requires a 10-day prior notice less a $25 processing fee. Rates are subject to applicable taxes and change without notice.
• A credit card deposit equal to one night's stay is required per reservation. Master Card, Visa, and American Express accepted.
• Payment due upon arrival.
• Our rooms range in price from $110 - $170 per night for one or two guests. There is an extra person charge of $25 each for more than 2 guests in a unit.
• As a courtesy to our guests, smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only. Ashtrays are provided. NO SMOKING inside 15 ACRES RETREAT.
• There will be a refurbishing charge equal to one night's stay for those who choose to disregard our indoor smoking policy. This charge will be applied to your credit card.
• We offer an adult facility. Children 13 years of age and older are welcome.
• No pets are allowed at 15 ACRES RETREAT.
• No minimum stay is required.
• Rates include a full breakfast. Please inform us if you have special dietary requirements.
• If you would like a room without steps or have difficulty with stairs, please request the California Sunset Room or Delaware Beaches Room when you make your reservation.
